The staff were excellent - cooperating and helpful. Free parking was available. the room was fairly quiet and cozy, with comfortable bedding and a patio garden. the complimentary breakfast was excellent with lots of dishes.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a very attractive area near the Andes. the staff were pleasant and extremely friendly day and night. - the room was good-sized and extremely pleasant with a comfortable bed and a patio garden.

Overall an enjoyable stay for 9 nights on a working trip. Fine food for excellent breakfast. Large and cozy room with a big TV, king size bed, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Really helpful hotel employees all round.

Located in a safe and upscale area of the city with excellent dining options, the hotel is surrounded by green areas and is in the El Bosque neighborhood of the city. the room is clean and quiet with ample space and a comfortable bed. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing change for a taxi. the breakfast is good with a nice selection of food.
The hotel does not offer free Wi-Fi, but there are free computers in the lobby with excellent internet.

Our room at Eurotel El Bosque was spacious and had a small kitchen, which was a nice bonus. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a metro station close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Attractive boutique hotel in an elegant part of Santiago.Fairly central, with easy access to Metro.Many good restaurants in the neighbourhood which is safe to walk at night and has broad tree lined Avenues.Staff is very friendly and helpful.Attractive clean room ,lobby and public areas.Pretty little walled garden. Good value for money.We would stay there again.
